EYES Annual Meeting 2026
Abstract Submission Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit original abstracts related to clinical, translational, or basic research in endocrinology and metabolic diseases. Submissions should present unpublished work and must not have been previously presented at another international meeting.
Abstract Format
Abstracts must be submitted in English and structured using the following headings: Background / Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusions. The abstract body must not exceed 300 words. Author names and institutional affiliations must be clearly indicated.
Topics
Abstracts are welcome across all areas of endocrinology, including adrenal disorders, reproductive endocrinology, thyroid diseases, pituitary disorders, diabetes and metabolic diseases, obesity, bone and mineral metabolism, endocrine oncology, and translational or basic endocrine research.
Submission process
Abstracts must be submitted electronically through the official EYES 2026 abstract submission portal, which will be open from 15 May to 15 June 2026.
Review and Presentation
All submissions will undergo peer review by the Scientific Committee based on scientific quality, originality, and relevance to the congress themes. Accepted abstracts will be selected for oral presentation, poster presentation, or e-poster presentation.
Registration
At least one author of each accepted abstract must register for the congress in order for the abstract to be included in the scientific program.
Accommodation
Accommodation is secured for 150 participants in partner hotels, offering comfort and proximity to the venue.
Hotel allocation will be arranged on a first-come, first-served basis. Early registration is therefore strongly recommended. After 150 registered for accomodation, there will not be a possibility to have lodging in these hotels and only registration without accommodation will be available.
