On-site check-in will take place on Friday, 4 September 2026, from 12:00 to 13:30.

During check-in, presenters are kindly asked to submit their presentation at the technical desk.
To avoid waiting times, we recommend arriving within the designated check-in window.

Social Programme

EYES is as much about community as it is about science. Participants are warmly invited to join
two dedicated networking events:

– Welcome Social Event — 4 September 2026
– Conference Social Event — 5 September 2026

These evenings will provide a relaxed setting for informal exchange, collaboration, and
strengthening professional connections across the European endocrine network.

Accreditation

The meeting will be accredited for Continuing Medical Education (CME) and endorsed by the
European Society of Endocrinology, ensuring recognized educational value across Europe.

€180 — Registration with hotel accommodation included
€130 — Registration without accommodation

Accommodation is secured for 150 participants in partner hotels, offering comfort and proximity to the venue:

Hotel allocation will be arranged on a first-come, first-served basis. Early registration is therefore strongly recommended. After 150 registered for accommodation, there will not be a possibility to have lodging in these hotels and only registration without accommodation will be available.

Participants will be notified of abstract acceptance via email. If you do not receive a
notification, please remember to check your spam folder. Accepted abstracts will be published in the EJE as a supplement with DOI numbering.
