Abstract Submission, Registration, and Accommodation
Abstract submission, congress registration, and payment will be conducted simultaneously within a single process, open from 15 May to 15 June 2026. Please note that it is not possible to submit an abstract independently of registration and completed payment; only fully registered and paid participants will have their abstracts considered for evaluation.
Due to limited capacity, participants are strongly encouraged to complete their registration at the earliest opportunity.
Accommodation is organized in two designated 4-star hotels, at significantly reduced congress rates including breakfast, with rooms available exclusively in double occupancy format. Participants may indicate a preferred roommate; however, room-sharing requests cannot be guaranteed. Allocation will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability at the time of completed registration and payment.
Please note that the full registration option with accommodation is limited to 150 participants. Once this capacity is reached, only the registration option without accommodation (130 EUR) will remain available. Participants selecting this option are kindly requested to arrange their own accommodation independently.
There are a number of meeting grants available for eligible members of the European Society of Endocrinology (ESE) to attend EYES 2026. The application process will be open from 15 May to 15 June 2026, alongside the registration and abstract submission period. Applicants must ensure that they have completed registration and payment for the EYES 2026 Meeting, as grants will be awarded only after the registration and abstract submission process has closed. Applicants will be notified of the outcome during the week commencing 3 July 2026.
The organizing committee reserves the right to adjust logistical arrangements as necessary.
