ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation in the Heart of Belgrade
We are pleased that we managed to secure accommodation for our participants in the beautiful Moxy Hotel in the heart of Belgrade. Considering that 4RSME Belgrade 2024 lasts for three days, from April 12 to 14, we want to make your stay easier and provide the comfort and practicality you deserve.
The registration fee for participants who do not need accommodation is RSD 9,400.00 / EUR 80, while the registration fee with 2 nights with breakfast for two people at the Moxy Hotel in the heart of Belgrade is RSD 20,000.00 / EUR 170.
This is an opportunity to take advantage of the offer and secure accommodation at reasonable prices while enjoying comfort at the same time, especially considering the standard hotel prices in this period, which for two nights with breakfast are from 300 EUR upwards.
Cancellations or refund requests
You can cancel your paid registration fee until March 1, 2024. Please send your request for registration fee cancellation or refund to our official email mladiendo@gmail.com. Requests for cancellation of registration or refund will be accepted until March 1, 2024. All refunds will be made after the Symposium is held.
Cancellations or refund requests submitted after 01 March 2024 (for any reason) will not be accepted, as we will have booked all suppliers based on registered registrations by that date.
Please submit your completed presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint (16:9 slide ratio) to mladiendo@gmail.com by March 18, 2024.
Oral presentations instructions
Ensure your oral presentation does not exceed 7 minutes, with a maximum of 7 slides. The Q&A session following your presentation is limited to 3 minutes.
Rapid presentations instructions
Ensure your rapid presentation does not exceed 2 minutes. At the end of the session, there will be a group Q&A for approximately 15 minutes, involving all of the presenters, the Session Chairs and audience. Make sure to practice your presentation to ensure that it flows well and fits into your allocated time. Case presentations are intended for interaction with both Session Chairs and the audience, therefore, we advise emphasizing the clinical presentation, diagnostic methods, and therapeutic possibilities.
